This is simply an option to bundle with other spellwork if you truly need work done as urgently as possible.
I try to get to every commission in a timely fashion regardless— but given that I have a full time day job, multiple ongoing projects and potentially multiple magical commissions on my plate at any given time: this option guarantees your work will be done within 9 days if not sooner, rather than my usual 2-3 week turnaround.
